We are seeking an enthusiastic Architect / Designer that thrives in a fast paced and team focused working environment to join our growing office in Eau Claire, WI. Employees of all levels are involved in every aspect of design from conceptual design through construction. If this sounds exciting to you, keep reading!

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design and manage tasks and projects in an efficient and timely manner that maximizes value to the company and the client.
• Assists in the layout of site plans, puts together presentation drawings for clients and updates existing drawings in our portfolio.
• Review and revise concept plans with clients.
• Prepare Requests for Proposals.

Qualifications:

• Candidate should have a minimum of an Associate's degree in Architecture.
• 1-3 years of working experience in a design firm, with project experience working in Autodesk Revit and Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000

Wendel is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. Salary offered will be determined based the successful candidates’ relevant education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The salary offered will also take into consideration regional adjustment factors.
